How do I register for Reunion Weekend?
Reunion registration information brochure/packets will mailed out in late March/ early April. In the interest of being GREEN
, Weekend A (May 29-May 31) registration will be ONLINE ONLY. Paper forms will be mailed to Weekend B (June 5-7) attendees. Simply fill out the Registration form and return it to the Alumni Office. Online registration for both weekends, will be available in mid March.
Is parking available on campus?
Ample parking is available on campus. Attendees are encouraged to rely solely on campus transportation to get to and from events.
How will I get from each Reunion event on campus?
For Weekend B attendees bus/van service will be available throughout campus until 10:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and until noon on Sunday.
Will my guest and I be able to stay on campus?
On-campus housing is available (and encouraged) in our residence halls for our Reunion participants. Classes will be housed together.
What is provided for me in the residence halls?
Our housing staff provides each guest with bed linens, pillows, bath towels and soap. These supplies are not replenished daily. You may wish to bring extra towels, clothes hangers, shower sandals, a portable fan, an iron, a small reading lamp or an alarm clock. Laundry facilities are available in the basement of each residence hall.
Is there Internet access in the residence halls?
The residence hall rooms feature wireless Internet access. Computers are located on the second floor of Hogan Campus Center and will be available throughout the weekend.
Are children invited to participate in the Reunion events?
The Alumni Picnic as well as Saturday and Sunday Breakfasts. For children 12 years old or younger, there is no charge for the picnic. For breakfast, there will be an $8 charge for children ages 4–12. Kids 3 and under are free. Please indicate on the reservation form the names and ages of children attending.
Will it be "open bar" at the Friday and Saturday night dinners?
Friday evening includes one free drink ticket and cash bar. Saturday evening includes a one-hour open bar reception, followed by a cash bar during the dinners.
Will there be a place for Friends of Bill W.?
For both Friday and Saturday evenings, during the pre-dinner reception hour, there will be a place for Friends of Bill W.
Is there a dress code for Reunion Weekend?
Attire for daytime activities and Friday evening All Alumni Dinner are casual. Attire for Friday’s 60th and 55th class dinners and Saturday evening is a suit or jacket and tie for men, and a dress, skirt or pants suit for women.
Will the Wellness Center be open during Reunion Weekend?
Yes, the Hart Center and Smith Wellness Center will be open on a limited schedule during Friday and Saturday of Reunion Weekend. Facilities include pool, sauna, squash/racquetball courts, Nautilus, and cardio equipment.
Will the Bookstore be open during Reunion Weekend?
Yes, the Bookstore will be open during the weekend. Check out the full array of Holy Cross merchandise for sale. A special “Reunion discount” 20% off all regularly priced, in-stock items is offered to everyone.
