This webinar will decode common experiences in negotiating starting compensation packages, raises, and promotions. Often the true meaning is not what we think.

You will learn:
-- How to research the value of your job
-- How to begin a negotiation
-- How to tell when the employer is bluffing

Katie will present for 30-40 minutes and will then take questions from listeners via GoToWebinar for 15-20 minutes. You may submit questions during the webinar, or when you register.

Katie Donovan `85, founder of Equal Pay Negotiations LLC, is a pay equity consultant who works with individuals to negotiate their pay and benefits, and with policy makers on the unintended biases in the hiring, promotion, and review processes.
